Clinchfield Railroad

     The 2 new staging yards recently built have worked out great and I am very happy with how the past few Ops Sessions went. We now run southbound coal trains with pushers out of Erwin Staging up to Altapass thanks to the recently installed Digitrax DCC system.

     The Marion, NC. area of the layout has also been reworked to better represent the actual area. The Southern Railway Interchange Yard has now been added and the passing siding has been lengthened to hold 32 coal cars with 2 engines and caboose. The scenery in this updated area of the layout has started and pictures will be added soon.

     The layout trackplans on the Trackplan Page have been updated to show all of the new changes and updates.

     Model Railroad TV has also released their DVD filmed in the Fall of 2009 on my layout. Their website is www.model-railroad.tv
